Tips and Recipes for Quantity Cooking (2014): Nourishing Minds and Bodies

This resource includes a selection of delicious recipes, tips on how to choose healthy recipes, and substitutions to make favourite recipes healthier. Tips and Recipes for Quantity Cooking supports schools in meeting the 2013 edition of the Guidelines for Food and Beverages Sales in BC Schools and is helpful for people who prepare meals and snacks including food services staff, chef instructors, caterers, students and Parent Advisory Councils.
